Together with the manager of the Hotel Residences each resident composes his/her personal service package. Short-term rental includes fully furnished apartments “with the possibility of once a week vleaning and change of bed linen and towels once a week. (€ 300,- per month) Additionally the resident can choose from hotel services like newspaper delivery, room service, use of the facilities of the hotel, babysitting, valet parking, etc. Just about any imaginable service a 5-star hotel has to offer. Living in the Hotel Residences offers the inhabitants all the facilities Hilton has to offer. For example – the use of the fitness centre, a restaurant and the 24 hour reception desk for any further services. The hotel consist of 192 rooms and suites, a lobby with winter garden, a business centre and a grand ballroom. All these facilities will be at your doorstep.

Security
You don’t need to worry about safety. All the public areas of the apartments, including the cellar, are connected to the hotel security system. Each apartment is fitted with its own alarm system that can be connected according to the wishes of the resident. Furthermore the apartments have a sprinkler installation that is connected to the fire alarm system of the Hotel.
